Dance/Aerobics

We divide Kamaji’s health-and-fitness program into two areas — both of which are equally popular:

Kamaji’s DANCE choreography is a valuable and creative way to express oneself.  It’s also a great way to get exercise while being artistic at the same time!  From hip-hop to stomp to street funk, our creative and talented dance staff choreograph different routines each week . . .  which are then featured and performed by Kamaji’s campers in our summer Variety Shows.

In our AEROBICS program, we can teach everything from step aerobics, kick-boxing (without gloves and bags), circuit training, mat-and-core work, and strength and sculpting using free weights.
