2013 Camp Kamaji Dates

Please enroll my daughter for the following session
Full Eight Week Season: Tuesday, June 17 - Sunday, August 10 inclusive
First Four Week Session: Tuesday, June 17 - Sunday, July 13 inclusive
Second Four Week Session: Tuesday, July 15 - Sunday, August 10 inclusive

Terms of Enrollment
  1. The Eight Week Camping Fee is $8,650. The Four Week Camping Fee is $5,150.
  2. The above fees include laundry service, bus transportation to and from Minneapolis/St. Paul airport, and a souvenir 2014 DVD.
  3. An additional fee is charged to those Pine Manor (15 year old) campers who choose to participate in a Canadian Canoe Trip.
  4. An Enrollment Deposit of $1,250 is due upon enrollment for a 4 week camper if received before November 1, 2013. An Enrollment Deposit of $2,150 is due upon enrollment for an 8 week camper if received before November 1, 2013.
  5. Additional payment schedule is as follows for 4 week campers:
    $1,250 due on November 1, 2013.
    $1,250 due on February 1, 2014.
    Remaining Balance due on May 1, 2014.
  6. Additional payment schedule is as follows for 8 week campers:
    $2,150 due on November 1, 2013.
    $2,150 due on February 1, 2014.
    Remaining Balance due on May 1, 2014.
  7. Enrollment Deposit (minus a $150 administrative fee) is refundable if cancellation received before November 1, 2013. Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received after November 1, 2013.
  8. Enrollment Deposit may not be applied to sibling's account after November 1, 2013.
  9. No refund or pro-rata is made for late arrival or early departure. Campers switching from 8 weeks to 4 weeks after November 1, 2013 will be charged the 8 week camping fee.
  10. A "Deposit" of $175 (for 8 week campers) or $120 (for 4 week campers) is required on May 1, 2014 to cover camper's personal expenses, including purchases at the Camp Store. Any unused funds, along with an itemized statement, will be refunded at the end of the camp season.
  11. Camp Kamaji reserves the right to dismiss, without camping fee refund, any camper whose behavior, in the camp directors sole discretion, is inappropriate, harmful to the camper or the camp community.
  12. Undersigned parent or guardian authorizes Camp Kamaji to use photographs, video and digital images of enrolled campers for promotional purposes.
